In a release on 14th November, 2024 National Conference of Principals of College of Education-Ghana (PRINCOS) issued a notice to all principals of Colleges of Education, as well as students, regarding a change in the reopening date for Levels 100, 200, and 300. Originally scheduled for November 18, 2024, the reopening has been postponed to January 13, 2025, due to unforeseen circumstances that necessitated this adjustment. The delay affects all colleges and applies to continuing students across the three levels.
This change means that students will have an extended break period, and it also allows the colleges additional time to prepare for the upcoming academic term. PRINCOF assures that they are working on an updated academic calendar to reflect these adjustments. Students, faculty, and staff should anticipate receiving this revised calendar soon, which will provide guidance on the new schedule for the academic year. PRINCOF appreciates everyone’s understanding and patience during this period of transition and looks forward to a smooth resumption in January.
